Participation of JNV students in Mathematical Olympiad IOQM 2025-26
The Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE), Mumbai is the nodal agency of the Government of India responsible for implementing Olympiad programmes in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Astronomy, and Junior Science.
The details of Mathematics Olympiad (IOQM-2025) are as under :-
Eligibility Criteria
- Students born between August 1, 2006 and January 1, 2013 and studying in Classes 8 to 12, are eligible to appear for IOQM 2025.
- Students born after August 1, 2013 will not be allowed to appear for IOQM 2025.
Registration Details
- JNV students should register only through their respective JNVs.

Registration Fees

Event Schedule
First Stage : Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics (IOQM)
- Date : 7th September, 2025
- Duration : 3 hours
- Total Marks : 100
- The answer to each question is an integer in the range 00-99. No negative marking, OMR based exam
- Composition of the paper : 10 question of 2 marks each; 10 question of 3 marks each : 10 question of 5 marks each
Second Stage : Regional Mathematics Olympiad (RMO)
- Date : 09th November 2025
Third Stage : Indian National Mathematics Olympiad (INMO)
- Date : 18th January 2025
