Registration Link of Green Olympiad 2025-26
GREEN Olympiad, launched in 1999, is India’s premier environment-based examination. It is an annual academic feature that enhances knowledge and skills amongst students about environment and sustainability issues related to air, biodiversity, climate change, culture, energy, green skills, waste, water, and other contemporary issues.
Over the years, GREEN Olympiad is endorsed by Ministry of Education and Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India. The programme is promoted by Central Board of Secondary Education, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti and several State Education Boards.
Important Dates of Green Olympiad 2025-26
- Registration Deadline: 31 July 2025
- Examination Dates: 08 October 2025 and 06 November 2025
- (Schools can opt for any one of the above dates to conduct the examination)
Registration Fee of Green Olympiad 2025-26
- The registration fee for GREEN Olympiad 2025-26 is `250/- (including taxes) per student. A minimum of 20 students need to register from a school.
Who can Participate in Green Olympiad 2025-26
- Students from Std. 4-12 can participate in this Olympiad through four levels
- Level 1– Std. 4 & 5;
- Level 2– Std. 6- 8
- Level 3–Std. 9 & 10,
- Level 4–Std. 11&12.
- Schools can nominate any number of students for each level.

- Medals for school toppers in all the levels
- Certificate of Appreciation for teachers and school principals
- Cash prizes up to Rs 10 Lakhs in various categories
