Sir/Madam,
I am to refer the requests received for sanction of HM/AHM allowance to the contract teachers for the duties performed by them in the vidyalaya during the academic year and to convey the decision of the competent authority for allowing HM/AHM allowance as a special case. However, in future only the regular teachers of the vidyalaya may be given preference as fas as possible in appointment of House Masters/ Associate House Master.
This issue is with the approval of competent authority.
