How to Creating Gmail Account and Its Steps
- Steps:
- Open www.gmail.com.
- Click Create Account.
- Enter your Name, Username, and Password.
- Add Phone number and verify with OTP.
- Fill Date of Birth and Gender.
- Accept Terms → Gmail account is ready.
Features of Gmail Account
- Free email service by Google.
- 15 GB free storage for emails and files.
- Works on mobile and computer.
- Allows attachments (documents, images, videos).

Compose Mail
- Click Compose button in Gmail.
- Write Recipient’s Email ID in “To” box.
- Type Subject (title of message).
- Write your Message in the body.
- Click Send.
Upload & Attachment
- While writing mail → Click (Attachment icon).
- Select file (Word, PDF, Picture, Video, etc.).
- File will be attached to your mail.
Downloading
- Open the mail with attachment.
- Click on the file → Press Download arrow
- File will be saved on your device.
Forwarding and Reply
- Reply – Send answer to the sender.
- Reply All – Reply to everyone included in the mail.
- Forward – Send the same mail to another person.
Recipient
- To: Main person who will receive the mail.
- CC (Carbon Copy): Others who should see the mail.
- BCC (Blind Carbon Copy): Hidden receivers (others cannot see them).
