Respected Principal Sir, Teachers and My Dear Friends Good Morning to All.
It is an honor to stand before you today to speak on a matter that affects us all out health. Every year, on April 7th, we celebrate World Health Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness about global health issues and promoting well-being for all.
Health is not just about not being sick. It means feeling strong, happy, and full of energy. It includes our physical health, mental health, and emotional well-being.
If we are healthy, we can study well, work hard, enjoy life, and spend quality time with our loved ones. But if we are not healthy, everything else becomes difficult.
Why is World Health Day Important?
This day was created to raise awareness about health issues that affect people all over the world. Many people do not have access to proper healthcare, clean, water, or nutritious food.
Some people suffer from disease that could be prevented with simple measures like vaccinations, hygiene, and a healthy diet. World Health Day reminds us that everyone deserves good health, no matter where they live.
How can we stay Healthy?

Maintain cleanliness – Washing hands, brushing teeth, and keeping our surroundings clean prevent diseases. Take care of mental health – Talking to friends and family, avoiding stress, and taking breaks when needed help keep our minds healthy. Visit the doctor for check-ups – Regular medical check-ups help in early detection and prevention of diseases.
