Respected Principal Sir, Teachers and My Dear friends Good Morning to all.
Today we are gather here to pay our homage to the brave soldiers who laid their lives to protect the sovereignty of our nation, on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas.
Kargil Vijay Diwas is celebrated on 26th July every year, marking the victory of the Indian Armed Forces over Pakistan in the Kargil War of 1999. This was a fierce and intense conflict fought between Indian and Pakistan in the Kargil district of Jammu and Kashmir. The war lasted for over two manths, ending on 26th July, with India regaining control of the area.
The bravery and sacrifices of our soldiers will always be remembered and celebrated. They put their lives on the line to protect our country and ensure that we can live in peace. Our soldiers are the true embodiment of selflessness and courage, and they inspire us to be better citizens.
The Kargil War is a testament to the strength and resilience of our armed forces.
