1. Residential School Duties
Question – What kind of responsibilities do teachers have beyond teaching, since it’s a residential setup?
Answer – First Teaching, HM (House Master, Associate House Master), CCA Activities, Escorting of Students.
Question – Are there specific roles like looking after hostels or night duties?
Answer – Yes, As HM or AHM
2. Work-Life Balance
Question – Is it possible to maintain a balance like 8 hours of sleep, some time for exercise, and 2–4 hours for personal time or family calls daily?
Answer – Yes.
Question – Or is it more like a 24×7 environment?

3. Rotational Duties
Question – I’ve heard about rotational duties like Master on Duty (MOD), Acting Headmaster, and regular teaching days.
